Social Sculpture, Ivana Grupche:
- My social sculptures were created by the clothing (which I called three-generation for the three pieces of various ages, women of my family) so I decided again to transform into a piece of clothing, specifically fashion accessory bag-carrying go that will deliver appropriate message.Self-titled workshop "Use of art where is hard to talk" I focus on recent developments and trends apparent freedom of art, the impossibility of free expression, inability to free speech, no free media limited expression in the architectural and artistic objects, imposition of stylistic directions ... etc. Therefore, the bag which made that I decided to ask some symbols that will be speaking on behalf of young people who want to freely express their creativity and ideology. I used the symbolism of the "three monkeys" in Japanese religion and philosophy known as "Do not look, do not listen, not talk," but in reverse connotation. X symbols of mouth (talk), ear (listening) and eye (looking) set fields in the window as a symbol of opening new horizons for the young man will not be silent, forced to enter the mass is unable to hear or see, but will express their views and thoughts freely.
- Social Sculpture, Eli Ainovska:
- It's
interesting how some things we forgot evoke certain feelings, memories,
events, conversations, emotions still at the first meeting ..... are
filled with a strange smell, the smell of past time .. a game in the
yard .. The smell that carry, bear and the time elapsed ..I'm from the type of people who can keep for years .. a piece of clothing no matter how old is, faded itc.And exactly at this workshop things turn into something interesting. What I took as a base was an old scarf. Interestingly,
from the birth of piece costume "lovefool" ... costume that is meant
for every one who's ''fell in love'' .. why only they have
"capabilities" for little-foolishness considering the things that we do
not have aware of their consequences the way the look. Then there is only one world that we created for just the desired person. Then there Love-Foolosophy.In
the left part of the costume stitched to post it .. which leaves an
opportunity for anyone ilove that when you put on, to record their
feelings at that moment. (Maybe once we look different after little funny)
Social Sculpture, Darko Aleksovski
Art as most of our social life, implies an exchange of some sort. Exchange of goods, of ideas, exchange of thoughts and even exchange of money. My small project entitled 'Red T-shirt' is a project that should remind us of these exchange and how important is for us to do something good for the other. I first took Pontus' red t-shirt and then I transformed my own into a red one, meaning that it can be given to someone else. And so on, and so on ...
Social Sculpture, Dijana Bogdanovska
A modul for s.sculpture was baby suit which i had no place where to keep it at home. Especially in my parents house, they know my childlike character, but i was never keeper of toys and dolls. So my mother's expectation is like use to be more serious, no more games, no more chaotic behavior..and this attitude should be taken for granted. If she saw this sweet suit she might thinked of me, as a future mother. But the moment is that this is no real creature only artificial substance,& her reactions would be like,
"Dear what's wrong with you"?
Anyway for this project i made transformation cod in which this baby suit says on the front "Fuck me" and from the back "Feed me" It critisize the irregular forms in todays society as one of the most lowest level of what minors are forsed to made for living. I'm not against the legal prostituion but against developing uncertain using of female sexuality or having wrong perspective for minors in society. Also adults are responsibile until their acceptable age, 18 or 21 years. I put a sticker on the left side of a "prostitute baby" against breast cancer, so this could remind us on what we should consider more this consequences, or to remind this minors that grown women is a success for humans and they should appreciate her more, cause helping minors is like increasing awareness and gaining healthy personalities.

Photo collages by Darko Aleksovski
Although subjective and random, the photos that were chosen for the collages are in fact a carefully observed images of the everyday life in Ohrid and motifs that everyone sees during the summer. There are some social aspects to the photos, in terms of capturing a group of people doing the same thing (swimming, walking etc). The others, the empty ones, are emphasizing the pure potential that can accumulate social interactions, or always ready to be visited, consumed and changed by people.
Darko Aleksovski is a visual artist from Veles, Macedonia. Graduated at the Paiting department at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje. "Happy faces" portaits by Stevco Naumoski
Hello
I'm Stevco Naumoski,
Born 23.04.1989, live, love and work by the lake in Ohrid, Macedonia.
Graduated designer from European University of Republic Macedonia in spring 2011, specialized in graphic design and visual communications.
I often use photography as medium for visualization of personal views, ideas, emotions and love to create photo portrait-stories and combine photography with other mediums as own poetry&prose, music and films.
In the last 2-3 years I almost exclusively work in analog photography using 3 old cameras and often expired film (I sent my first analog camera to a close friend to shoot with for a while, though :) ). This kind of photography made me see more and photograph less, getting more quality and less quantity.
Working on the social sculpture workshop was amazing experience. I got the idea to photograph every person on the workshop, holding or wearing its own designed clothes and wanted to add more accent to the happiness and satisfaction of those people's faces after finishing the workshop, and I choosed black&white film to distract the attention off those colorful clothes.

Also, together with Eli Ainoska and Biljana Angeleska we run The Center for cultural flow "ARTerija" in Ohrid (more info:http://www.facebook.com/pages/ARTerija/127024337356847 )
